Social habitation is the main factor in designing the complex. All buildings are gathered into groups, in the middle of each, a common space for the occupants to use for socializing, communal sports and activities.
The project has a minimalist approach yet it celebrate its exciting lines by creating interesting landscape shapes and outdoor areas.
There are four different unit types: studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms and three bedroom apartments.
